I’m not particularly interested in the swag class. I am interested in the other sewing classes…Do I understand the $7 per month offer correctly; The “membership” gives me unlimited access to all classes you offer?

Do you do any classes on slipcovers?
June 21st, 2009 at 1:31 pm
Yes! The $7/month will give you unlimited access to any and all classes. Right now there’s just the one class on swags. But I will be offering new ones all the time. If you have a request on topics, just let me know.

Not yet. But I’ve been getting lots of requests for this. Make sure you’re on the newsletter to get notified on this topic.

One more question…I do not want to transfer credit card info via the internet…do you have a phone number that I can call and order the subscription?

Signed up today. Looking forward to the class.

Hi Jenny,
Great site!
Two things:
A. Using a PayPal link would allow folks who wish to pay cash or don’t want to use their credit card over the internet another option. You could increase your membership price slightly to cover the merchant fee.
B. I very interested in making Roman shades.
Thanks,
Marcie

Your downloadable products are in your members area. So, when you visit the home page, on the right is either the login form to login. Or a box that says your name and a link to your Members Page.
Click on Members Page and you’ll see a list of links to products you have purchased.
The link straight to your members page is: http://www.simplesewingprojects.com/amember/member.php

Hi Marcie,
Payment for the site is through Paypal. So, I’m not sure if I understand your first item.
And there are lots of video instructions and ebooks in the site for making roman shades. I hope you enjoy!!

I would love to have the classes, but at the moment my money is real tight. I need to learn all I can about sewing because I love to sew. Perhaps at another time I can sign up. I save all your sewing tips in a folder so I can go back and read them.

I too would LOVE to take an online class on slipcovers!
Thank you!

I am preparing to cut out a 60″ swag and have pieced the material to cut the swag on the bias. Is there a “best place” for the seam when cutting out the swag so that it is incorporated into the swag without being obvious? I was unable to open the link to week 2 of the online class so if you covered this there, I apologize…
Thanks

HI JENNY,
LOVE YOUR ON LINE CLASS, READING THE E-BOOK FOR SWAGS WHAT DOES CL, CBW, CSW, MEANS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THEM.
July 27th, 2009 at 8:08 am
These are little acronyms that I made up.
CL = Cut Length
CBW = Cut Big Width
CSW = Cut Short Width
