wonderful video everything was well demonstrated, but I was wondering if i could make the this hobble shade without the ring tape could i just use the rings only

Hi Helen,
You have to use the tape… it’s what creates the permanent pleats.

I made the shade and it came out wonderful you were right about the tape it was my first hobble shade I had always found it difficult to make before but you made it look so simple thanks for the video demonstrations continue the good work
